Marsh Air installs ducted and split system air conditioning across Brisbane’s northern suburbs, designed and quoted in your home by qualified refrigeration mechanics. Giving you a home that’s comfortable, year-round.
Marsh Air Conditioning installs residential air conditioning across Brisbane’s northern suburbs and inner city. As a Daikin Specialist Dealer and Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Dealer with 15 years in business, Marsh Air uses ARCtick-licensed refrigeration mechanics on every install and backs the workmanship with a five-year warranty.
Most Brisbane homes call for either a ducted system or a split system, depending on how much of the house you want to cool or heat and how the floor plan works. Both systems are quoted in your home after a free site visit, so the quote is built around what your house actually needs.
Best for one room. A bedroom, a living area, or an upgrade after a unit’s given up.
A bedroom that’s unbearable in summer or to cold in winter, a living area you use every day, or a replacement after the old unit’s finally given up.
Marsh Air installs back-to-back where the layout allows, photographs install positions before any work starts, and runs AI visualisation so you can see the unit in place on your wall before you commit. Most current Mitsubishi Electric and Daikin splits ship Wi-Fi capable for control from your phone.
Key Benefits:
Best for the whole home. Multiple rooms, multiple zones, one thermostat that runs it all.
Ducted suits homes where you want comfort across the whole house. Multiple rooms, multiple zones, one system doing the work behind the scenes. It’s ideal for new builds, larger renovations, and homes where set-and-forget comfort matters more than the lowest install price.
Marsh Air sizes every ducted system using floor-plan software, not a rule of thumb, and we offer smart control upgrades through Advantage open platform, Daikin’s native controls, or Mitsubishi Electric’s native controls.
Key Benefits:

Air conditioning is a refrigeration trade. Our team are qualified refrigeration mechanics, not electricians with an AC ticket. The work is done by people whose actual trade is the work in front of them.

We only install Mitsubishi Electric and Daikin. They're the brands we put in our own homes. Authorised dealer status with both manufacturers means genuine spare parts ordered direct, plus authorised warranty work when you need it.

Every residential installation is backed by our five-year workmanship warranty. If something isn't right, we come back and fix it. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.

Jake Marsh started Marsh Air Conditioning in 2011, and the business is still family-run today. If a job isn't finished to the standard we'd want for our own homes, we come back and finish it properly. That's the reputation we've built and the one we keep building.

A quote sight-unseen is a guess. We won't do that. Every air conditioning installation quote starts with a free in-home site visit because the right system depends on the home, the layout, the switchboard, and how you live in the house. It's how we keep quotes honest and comparable.
Four steps from first call to final install. No pressure, no surprises.
Complete the enquiry form or give us a call. We'll be back to you within 24 hours.
Our residential estimator comes to you. He'll spend 15 to 30 minutes walking through the home, measuring up, photographing install positions, and using AI visualisation so you can see how the unit will look on your wall before you commit.
We tailor each quote to suit your needs. For split systems, we look at what will be the best solution for your room/home. For ducted, we run your floor plan through sizing software to make sure the system suits the house. You'll get a clear quote with the recommended system, the options, and what's included.
On the day, we show up on time, and we treat your home the same way we'd treat our own. Every install is backed by our five-year workmanship warranty.

Jamal is Marsh Air’s residential estimator. He’s the person who comes to your home, walks through the job with you, and writes the quote.
He doesn’t push systems you don’t need. He explains what each option does in plain English, takes the photos and the AI visualisations on the spot, and answers the questions you didn’t realise you had. By the time he leaves, you’ll know what we’re recommending and why.
Most single-phase homes can run a split system or a smaller ducted system without an upgrade. Larger ducted systems above around 20kW need three-phase power. Marsh Air checks your switchboard at the in-home consultation and flags any upgrade work in the quote so there are no surprises.
Split system indoor units mount on an external wall where we can run the drain downhill out of the house. We also consider noise distance from neighbours, screening rules for tight side setbacks, and how the unit will look from inside and out. Jamal walks through all of this during the in-home consultation.
A standard split system installation is usually completed in a day. A ducted installation depends on the size of the system and the number of outlets. Marsh Air gives you a specific timeframe in your quote so you can plan around it.
Replacing an older air conditioning unit with a current new-refrigerant system saves roughly 30 to 40 percent on running costs as a rough guide. Most units installed before 2007 or 2008 fall into this category. Actual savings depend on how the system is used, what your energy provider charges, and the home itself.
For ducted systems, that’s exactly what the floor-plan sizing process is designed to confirm. Marsh Air sizes every ducted system using software, not a rule of thumb, so the system in the quote is matched to your home, your zones, and how you use the house. No guessing.
Yes. Marsh Air installs air conditioning in both new builds and existing homes across north Brisbane. For new builds we work from the house plans, often with your builder. For retrofits we work from the home itself, which is why the in-home consultation is the standard starting point.
Daikin and Mitsubishi Electric only. Marsh Air is a Daikin Specialist Dealer and a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Dealer. That means genuine spare parts ordered direct from the manufacturer and full authorised warranty support on every install.
